The Inner Circle - Inaugural Roundtable
Two days of unfiltered conversations, bold questions, and discovering new opportunities for innovation
On February 25th & 26th, 2025, the Inner Circle convened for its inaugural gathering, bringing together multifamily’s top owners, operators, and technology leaders. More than just another industry event, this felt like the start of something bigger—a momentum-building moment where energy turned into action. Candid discussions led to real solutions, and collaboration took precedence over competition, driving a collective effort to reshape the industry.
What We Accomplished
Through open dialogue and real-world problem-solving, we started to tackle some of the industry's most pressing challenges: tech evaluation, closed technology ecosystems, and the true cost of innovation. We identified barriers, uncovered opportunities, and set the foundation for ongoing collaboration. Together, we represent over 1.2 million units—a collective force capable of driving industry-wide transformation.
“The Inner Circle is this place where you can actually come and be yourself and bring the challenges that you thought were facing alone and see a path forward..”
Sharlene Manore
“So, when we come together, the power just multiplies and our ability to make change is so much greater.”
Joshua Glastein
“The industry wants some change. They want a way to be able to deliver excellent customer service, but they need to do it efficiently. Now more than ever.”
Christie Bennett
Where We Go From Here
Our work isn’t done. The conversations sparked here must continue. We’ll take these insights back to our perspective organizations, form smaller chapters dedicated to specific solutioning, bring more of the right people to the table, advocate for change, and leverage our collective influence to move the industry forward.
