PART 1 | The Inner Circle Reconviens

  • Make a friend, grab a notebook & chair. We’re starting promptly at 1:30.

  • Stephanie opens with a reminder of why we’re here: to tackle real industry challenges with trust, empathy, and unfiltered collaboration. She’ll lay out the engagement principles that make this space work—radical candor, mutual respect, vulnerability, and confidentiality—and challenge the room to lean into discomfort, not avoid it.

Together, we’ll recommit to the principles that make this group different: being open-minded, having the hard conversations, showing up with empathy, and keeping the focus on what's best for the industry, not just the room.

  • David Dear, Josh Glastein, and Shawaun Alexander, three leaders from our first Inner Circle, will recap what we tackled in New York, the traction we’ve made since, and what’s next.

  • In this high-energy kickoff, we’ll explore what innovation really means and why we haven’t cracked the code on who pays for it. You'll reflect on bold statements posted around the room, pick one that resonates, and share your perspective.

  • This session is designed to shake things up. At the center of the room: a table with three chairs. Stephanie will ask timely, provocative questions, nothing off limits. Anyone with something to say can step up, take a seat, and join the conversation. If all three chairs are full, tap someone out.

This format demands quick thinking, real candor, and bold participation. Expect tension, breakthroughs, and momentum as we surface the next challenge this group will take on together.

  • This workshop builds on the conversation we started in New York, expanding the table to include new voices and perspectives. Jason Shaw, Enterprise Managing Consultant at RealMS, will offer an inside look at what clients are actually asking for and provide feedback on the RFP draft shaped by our first Inner Circle cohort. This session is about refining, stress-testing, and evolving our collective work together.

Please complete this feedback form to prepare for this conversation.

  • After a day of sharp insight and open dialogue, we’ll reconvene to ask one big question: where do we go from here? This is a fluid, participant-led session designed to build on the energy in the room. Bring forward the ideas sparked throughout the day, propose bold initiatives, and help the group align on what challenge we tackle next.

PART 2 | The Circle Unwinds

As the sun sets over the Strip, we’ll shift from working session to celebration. Enjoy live music, curated bites, and good drinks as we welcome new potential members into the fold. This is your chance to expand the Circle, invite someone who’s ready to challenge, contribute, and collaborate.
