In this high-energy kickoff, we’ll explore what innovation really means and why we haven’t cracked the code on who pays for it. You'll reflect on bold statements posted around the room, pick one that resonates, and share your perspective.

This workshop builds on the conversation we started in New York, expanding the table to include new voices and perspectives. Jason Shaw, Enterprise Managing Consultant at RealMS, will offer an inside look at what clients are actually asking for and provide feedback on the RFP draft shaped by our first Inner Circle cohort. This session is about refining, stress-testing, and evolving our collective work together.
